Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item(s).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order online.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at tumblone@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a free return or replacement as quickly as possible.
